The Army Residence Community (ARC) is a Continuing Care Retirement Community/Life Plan Community. The Army Residence Community welcomes all honorably retired or discharged veterans from all branches of service, as well as all honorably retired or separated civilian federal employees to include spouses and surviving spouses, who are at least 62 years of age. We offer independent living through the continuum of care. Currently, over 700 retirees are living at the ARC in San Antonio, TX.
