The Centura Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Centura system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. *Enterprise Pool 2: ** Base rate ($17.00-23.44/hr) + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials* Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location.
