At Centura Health, we value incredible people with incredible skills - but your commitment to a greater cause is something we value even more.  In this role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. You will also utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. While in this position you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred* Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred* Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required* Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred* Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required* BLS through the American Heart Association requiredPhysical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly Schedule: 2 10-hour days, Monday and Friday.Outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy training or certification required.  Dry needling certification preferred.Minimum Pay:USD $33.43/Hr.Hiring Maximum Pay:USD $55.14/Hr.Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
