Opportunity to be part of the solution! We are looking for a Quality/Resiliency Manager to join our Supply Chain group. The role will work with our supplier base to ensure the quality of products.
This is a hybrid position that will require being on-site frequently.

Role Purpose
This position is responsible for ensuring overall quality and reliability of supplies purchased by and delivered to BJC Central Service Center (CSC). Manages overall supplier relationship effort for BJC and develop ongoing supplier review process to ensure BJC manages top spend and key suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
- Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
- Develop and manage supplier resiliency process. Continually monitor risk in the BJC supply chain (internal and external) and take timely action to address identified risks. Provide regular executive report on resiliency status and related actions/project plans to mitigate risk.
- Develop and manage overall Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure continued operations of BJC supply chain in the face of a risk or disruption.
- Develop and manage supplier quality strategy, metrics/KPI’s and processes to aid and improve overall supply chain performance at BJC.
- Manage and coordinate supplier Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with Strategic Sourcing and Operations.
- Carry out focused supplier validation audits as needed to support supply chain operations. Assist in validation of new suppliers and products.
