While in this position you will gathers exercise data and implements specialized strength and conditioning programs for patients under the direction of an Exercise Physiologist, Nurse or Physician. You will also provide patient education regarding proper exercise techniques, stress reduction, developing coping skills, and promote health and fitness through a variety of programs in the Wellness Center.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Previous Cardiopulmonary Rehab or other clinical experience, preferred* Training to include Phase I, Phase II and Phase III exercise leadership in hospital setting* Knowledge of exercise, nutrition and social coping skills for behavioral modification applicable to Cardiac Rehab* Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred* Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related from an accredited university or college* 12 Lead ECG competency, preferred or within 90 days of hire* Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required* ACLS from the American Heart Association preferredPhysical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) We are looking for coverage from Monday - Friday (7:00am - 5:00pm).  They alternate weekends.  There are no holidays for this role.  Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
