Responsible for the direct or individual provision of individualized care based on the assessed age and developmental needs. Responsible for transitioning patients to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and supervision according to policy. This role is Monday through Friday only.  Weekends are not required but if applicant is interested in weekends it can be discussed.  The position does offer full benefits.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * One (1) year experience.Home Care or Long Term Care exp preferred.* Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy * Preferred: Masters in Occupational Therapy* CO Occupational Therapist (OT) License* Current Colorado drivers license within 60 days of hire* Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association that includes AED training.* Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
