This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Participates as assigned in fire safety, emergent needs, and environmental safety as described in orientation validation paperwork. Completes new admission package and document within eight hours of resident arrival following the admission checklist. Verbalizes and demonstrates understanding of skin breakdown, pressure injury preventative measures, and notifying charge nurse of new/worsening areas of redness, skin breakdown, and concerns. Complete all assessments and document as required. Complete wound care treatment as ordered by physician. Including documentation and assessment for preventative wound care treatment. Administer medication, complete D-sticks, and other orders required, as ordered by providers. Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and PRN documentation as required in an accurate and timely manner.
