Assisting the Dining Services Manager with in-services for dining staff
Assisting with special events and activities to ensure appropriate service
Provide snacks or meals for attendees of meetings or outside agencies
Post weekly menus on all units
Assist with food purchase orders
Attend care plan meetings in the absence of the Dietary Manager
Assist with monthly employee work schedule
Supervise production and serving of food by dietary staff and dining room attendants
Monitors service of food to ensure physician’s diet orders are followed
Assist with maintaining the monthly budget
Supervises sanitation of all kitchens
Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations as well as our established policies and procedures
Assist/direct daily scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures

The position requires a Food Handler’s card. Certified Dietary Manager required, Bachelors' Degree preferred. Must also be able to lift 50 pounds minimum and walk/stand for entire shift.
