Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Health Care Administrator to lead and manage our Health Care Center and Assisted Living Facilities. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage budgets, and provide high-quality care for residents. This role requires strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining resident satisfaction, staff development, and positive community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations for both the Health Care Center and Assisted Living Facilities.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations.
• Oversee quality assurance programs, state survey readiness, and corrective action plans.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate key leadership staff, including Directors of Nursing and Assisted Living Managers.
• Support staff development through orientation, training, and continuing education.
• Foster open communication with residents, families, and staff; ensure resident rights and satisfaction.
• Oversee safety programs, emergency preparedness, and resident security.
• Manage vendor and service contracts for medical, nursing, and ancillary services.
• Represent the facility at community events, with government agencies, and in professional associations.
• Participate in key committees such as Safety, Admissions, Infection Control, and Pharmacy.
• Maintain positive public relations and strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations.

Requirements

• Current LNFA (Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator) license required.
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare or senior living administration.
• Strong background in financial management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and staff development.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
