Vitalize 360 is a joint venture that combines an innovative, award winning, person directed approach to wellness coaching with the power of information derived from a scientifically grounded assessment system. The program engages, challenges, and inspires individuals to live full, healthy, vibrant lives and enables communities to demonstrate significant improvement in successful aging.
Reporting to the Vitalize 360 Board of Directors, the successful leader of this national program will drive strategy, operations, and outcomes and serve as an ambassador to all stakeholders. S/he will anticipate market, customer, industry, and economic trends, taking the initiative to identify innovative opportunities to create competitive advantage for the program. The successful leader will possess the following:
An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong record of innovative problem solving, creative thinking, and ability to take risks.
Business acumen and demonstrated expertise in some aspects of the following areas: financial management/budgeting, human resources/organizational development, grants, development relations, business development. Where there may be gaps in expertise, s/he will have the confidence to leverage HSL experts for support.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, harness enthusiasm, and leverage resources to stimulate others to action and reach collective goals.
Ability to manage multiple projects, manage competing priorities, and meet timelines.
Effective and persuasive communication style, confidence and enthusiasm in public speaking.
Leadership experience in a multi-location or matrix organization, and demonstrated success working with a Board of Directors.
High standards of achievement and full commitment to success, driving purposeful progress toward results

BA/BS with 10 years related business operations experience required; a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity.
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience in enhancing the value of programs through continuous quality improvement process.
Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget.
Past success working with a Board of Directors with the ability to cultivate effective working relationships.
Strong marketing and public relations skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.
Persuasive and passionate communication skills.
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning.
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.
